Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Method
We use Australia Post for all standard and express shipping within Australia.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, but generally fall within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 (within Australia).
- Standard and express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Event Pickup Option
If you’ve selected pickup from an upcoming event, please keep the following in mind:
- Photo ID must match the name on the order at the time of collection.
- Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the event to ensure availability.
- We’ll contact you prior to the event with collection details and times.
Delivery Delays
While we always strive to meet our shipping timeframes, there may be occasional delays beyond our control (e.g., postal disruptions, peak periods, or regional delays). We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated along the way.
